Explosion-proof exhaust fan Main technical parameters
1. First, check whether the frame and fan blades are deformed, whether the fan blades rotate flexibly, and whether there is friction. Check that all fasteners are complete and tight.
2. The line voltage must be consistent with the rated voltage on the motor nameplate.
3. Check the insulation resistance of the motor with a 500V megohmmeter. If the resistance value is less than 10MQ, use the drying method or the short-circuit current method.
Dry it to make its insulation resistance greater than 10MQ.
4. It must be equipped with a small explosion-proof switch as the power switch, or the ordinary switch must be installed in a place where there is no explosive danger outdoors.
5. The outer diameter of the cable connected to the power supply should be consistent with the sealing ring. After tightening and pressing the nut, ensure that there is no gap between the sealing ring and the cable, and between the sealing ring and the outlet nozzle.
Otherwise, the flameproof performance will be lost.
6. The non-wiring part of the explosion-proof motor cannot be disassembled at will. When wiring, open the cover of the wiring room, penetrate the lead wire and connect it to the terminal.
Cover the cover and tighten the screws so that the gap between the flameproof surface is less than 0.2mm, and then tighten the cable outlet so that the lead wires cannot move.
